His purpose: “To transform individuals and organizations into unprecedented opportunities for personal fulfillment and success” – happy, focused people/employees, are highly productive, enjoy their work and thrive in their personal lives. Werner is a Guinness World Record holder, as the oldest person to have climbed the highest mountain on each of the seven continents, including Mt. Everest. His latest venture, to re-climb the seven; this started in July 2017 with him celebrating his 80th birthday on top of Mt. Kilimanjaro. His quest will end in May 2020 on the top of Mt. Everest. During this time he will also be taking successful, senior executives on what he calls, “Their Hero’s Journey; The Game is just Beginning.” The Game has been designed to inspire people – no matter the age – to reconnect with life, beyond business, and to re-ignite earlier dreams of contribution, passion, health, and unlimited joy.”
He and his wife, Heshie Segal, are intent on launching a Global Peace Initiative. “This shall not simply be an event, it will be an ongoing initiative to herald a world of collaboration and free of violence and war.”
